Optusnet Secondary users

Optusnet Access

I have configured Outlook to interface with an optusnet account but email
messages sent to the optusnet address only show on the optusnet webmail and
do not make it to Outlook. Messages sent via Outllok are transmitted through
optusnet but replies do not return past the optusnet webmail site.

Can anyone please assist?
