Oracle Reverse Engineering

I am having a problem with reverse engineering some tables from an Oracle 8i database. I have configured and ODBC driver with a System DSN I created on my Windows 2000 Pro system at work. I select reverse engineer in Visio 2003 Professional from the database menu item. I select the tables I want to reverse engineer in the displayed table list from the Oracle DB. I am just trying to reverse about 4 tables, primary keys, and indexes. I verify everything and click finish. The import starts and I see the output window display messages indicating it has read the tables column data, then it retrieves the primary key data for each of the 4 tables. At that point Visio 2003 Pro hangs. Task Mgr indicates the application is not responding and the cursor is an hourglass whenever you move over the Visio window. I've let this run like this for as long as a half hour with the same conditions everytime. I have even tried to select just tables and columns to reverse engineer and other different options but in each case it hangs after starting the import. Anyone have this problem with Visio 2003 or have any ideas on how to fix this?

Reverse engineering the indexes is the problem. Visio is brain-dead when it comes to this feature.

Uncheck indexes and it'll work fine
