You can use virtually any data source through ODBC with the Org Chart
wizard. You need to have a single record for each entity with a unique id
field (can be name, employee id, anything that is completely unique), and
each entity has to have a Manager / Reports To relationship with one other
record in the data set - except for the top level, of course.
