What determines the order of information in the Project Information box? Is
there a limit to the number of required fields you can have?

Hi Spunky --

The order of the fields listed in the Project Information dialog box is
determined by the numbering of the fields (Outline Code1, Outline
Code2, Text1, Text2, etc.), and all of the required fields / codes (as
denoted with an asterisk *) float to the top of the list.

If you want to modify the order of the fields in the Project
Information dialog box, the only way is to change the field
definitions. For example, if your fields are originally defined as show
here...

Schedule Status (Enterprise Project Text1)
Budget Status (Enterprise Project Text2)

....and you would like to swap these fields so that "Budget Status"
appears first in the list, then you'll need to modify the definitions
of "Enterprise Project Text1" and "Enterprise Project Text2", as shown
here...

Budget Status (Enterprise Project Text1)
Schedule Status (Enterprise Project Text2)

....since the order of "Enterprise Project Text1" and "Enterprise
Project Text2" cannot change.

Good luck!
