Order entry blocked

I have created a database from the standard package supplied with access. I
have several customers; one customer has sales info. When I attempt to
enter sales for the other customers, my order screen is blank. The customer
with sales shows the proper format. I have gone to the design screen and
the information is there. Why am I getting a blank screen now, when I try
to enter new orders?

I sent the following message on October 27th and have not had an answer. I
finally gave up trying and opened another database using Order Entry Access
database. I have entered three sales. I "lost" the first sale when looking
at the customer and clicking on orders; however, when I was looking at other
customer's sales, I could see the first invoice through preview invoice, but
could not see the customer and ship to info. I closed my session and went
back into it. Now, I cannot see ANY orders for any of the three that I just
built and sold to; however, in the order details subform, I can see the
customer, product, etc. I can see the product in sales by product report;
there are NO accounts receivable sales showing and no invoice to print since
there is no order info.

What has happened? I am getting desperate since I have been waiting for an
answer and finally recreated (or attempted to recreate) the database. Time
is now running out on my completing this project in a timely manner. Your
prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated.
