Order of Contacts

This is a follow-up related to my earlier message.

The problem I described of the Contacts being displayed
alphabetically by first name rather than last name only
occurs for those people that I had in my contacts list
prior to conversion to XP Pro. Contacts that I have added
since conversation show up alphabetically by last name.

This presents a real problem since some of my contacts
show up alphabetically based on their first names while
others show up alphabetically based on their last names.
