Order of first/last names in Full Name and File As boxes

I have Outlook 2003. When I'm creating a new contact, I want to be able to
type the the first name first followed by the last name in the Full Name box
and have the name displayed with the last name followed by a comma and then
the first name in the File As box. Right now, when I click the Full Name
button, I see that Outlook is putting the first name I type in the Full Name
box into the "Last" box and the second name I type into the "First" box. I
want to reverse this. How do I do it? Thanks in advance.

Seems to me you should set the Full Name and File As fields that way.
Tools > Options > Contact Options...
