I have a database that I created for an organization. All of the beginning
data has been keyed in and everything seemed to be working fine. The
database has been in use for 7 months. The database keeps track of donations
made and if the donation is a memorial and who the memorial is for. The main
form pulls the donor information from the donor table and then has 2 subforms
which pull the activity from the activity table and memorial from the
memorial table. Now there are at least 2 people in the database who's
activity is not in date order. I checked my copy of the data and I found 1
person with activity not in date order. If I look at the activity table were
the information is coming from all activity is in date order. How can the
information be showing in the form be out of date order? And more
importantly is there a way to fix this?
Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.
