We have an internal application done in Visual Studio 2003, VB.Net, which
generates Word documents. I have a document that has an ordered list where
the list items are full length paragraphs (not a simple list like "Pancake
Ingredients: 1. Egg, 2. Milk, 3. Mix, etc.). I went to generate this
document, and when I open it up in Word 2003, everything shows fine. When I
open the document in 2007 (we have the converter pack for Word 2003 to Word
2007 and vice versa), the list is gone. All the contents are there, but the
numbering is gone.
Is this a known bug in Word 2007, and if so, is there a workaround for it,
or do we need to re-write the document in Word 2007 format (i.e. .docx or
..docm)?
Thanks in advance.
