I
Information
We just removed Norton AV and installed AVG on our Windows XP Pro system.
We are migrating from Eudora 5.1 to Outlook XP, and recieve "Ordinal 135
could not be located in dynamic link library MAPI32.DLL when Outlook starts.
It indicates an add-in could not be loaded.
We go into and disable all add-ins (Outlook Sync, AVG) and restart Outlook.
We have setup our account, and the e-mail send/receive test completes
successfully, but we do not receive anything. We look at our web-based
e-mail and see all of our Outlook tests, as well as an e-mail we sent
through Outlook.
It seems we can send, but not recieve. We currently have about 10 messages
in our web inbox.
After a few moments, we receive a "Recently installed program caused Office
or another e-mail enabled program program to function improperly. Outlook
can resolve this conflict without affecting the program that originally
caused the problem..." We click yes to allow Outlook to try and recieve
"Outlook could not resolve the conflict"
I believe all of this is related.
We did a repair install of Office XP to try and resolve, no success.
HELP!!!
Any insight is appreciated, thanks in advance.
