Ordinal Error Notice

I am getting an error message stating that Outlook is
unable to locate ordinal 939 in dynamic link library
MS09.dll. Can anyone tell me what this means?? Can I fix
it? I've already tried reinstalling Office 2000 and
Windows XP with no success. Thanks in advance!!
