Further to Robert's post, re: the org chart feature in PPT. The MS org
chart feature is incredibly clunky from past experience. If you are looking
for a more sturdy solution (and if you are able to it) get Visio (one of the
newer Office software members) - which is designed specifically for charting
and diagrams. This is my choice for these sorts of diagrams, entirely
flexible if you wish with the amount of text, etc. You are actually able to
order the "beta" of Visio 2003 at the moment via the MS website at:
