Org Chart Dotted Line relationships

How do you create dotted line relationships for org charts?

Well, the simple answer is to change the connector line style to dotted-- or
is there more functionality you need that I'm not aware of?

I am looking for something that will allow a box to have a regular solid
line connector to the primary supervisor, but also have a dotted line
connector to someone else not necessarily in the same dept. I know that I
can draw a dynamic connector, but it doesn't get anchored to the boxes when
one needs to do some rearranging or fine tuning of the chart. Is this
possible?

I guess I'm missing something.

I just created a quick org chart with 2 managers and one employee. I drew a
dynamic connector from the employee to the direct manager, then drew another
to the indirect manager. I formatted the connector for the latter as
dotted. When I move the boxes, the connectors remain anchored and update
per the new position(s). Is there functionality you need that I'm not
getting?

FYI, additional anchor points can be added to shapes if that is part of the
issue. Someone recently posted how in this forum.

Jim,

The Visio 2003 version added the ability to connect positions with a dotted
line relationship, but previous versions of the product do not support this.
