I have created an Org Chart that spreads across 87 pages. It all links
perfectly and shows the structure in an orderly way. There is one thing I
cannot get my head around however. When a team structure is created via
importing my Excel spreadsheet I have at the top my team leader (A6) with all
the sub team member reporting toA6.Teams comprise of an A5 two A4’s 10 A3’s
five A2’s and 3 A1’s. Is there a way I can order the chart to reflect that
Hierarchy for individual teams? As it stands at the moment because all team
member report to A6 they are displayed all over the page in no particular
order. Apart from manually moving the boxes into the correct order i.e.
A5,A4,A3,A2,A1. Can I do this automatically by the data function somehow?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
