Org chart: Lose the whitespace within blocks, variable font sizewithin

I'm using Visio 2003's import function to create a chart. The boxes
corresponding to positions have a lot of white space around them. Is
there a way to get them to hug the text? I noticed that the
"Organization Chart"->Options panel has a Fields tab showing
information fields at the four corners of each box in the org chart.
Perhaps they are the reason for the white space? Anyway to lose them
too?

As well, to save space, is there a way to get the name of the position
holder to show up in smaller font than the title?
