Org Chart Morph?

I want to be able to take a current state org chart in Visio and morph it into a future state.

I know I can do the normal animation, but want something slicker and smoother. Should I look at doing it in Flash or another program and then running it inside Visio? It will eventually run in a Powerpoint presentation.
