Org Chart Problem

I have created an org chart in Visio. The chart now goes off the quad looking sheet, onto the blue area. Printing only shows the stuff on the gridline area. Can someone tell me how to get it all on one page to print

If the problem is just that your chart is too large for your current output
choice, basically you have 3 options:

1) Make sure your margins are minimized
2) Reduce the size of your shapes and/or overall layout
3) Move to a larger output, such as B or C sized paper

If I'm misunderstanding your issue, please post more info and either I or
one of the other helpful regulars will be happy to assist.

In file - page set-up - print set-up, change % from 100 to (i.e. 75%) to

get all on the page.

How do you change the size of your shapes without having to change each one individually? I want to be able to select the whole organization chart and resize it but Visio won't let me - says something about not being able to resize withing Organization Chart
