Org Chart Question

I need to do the following and don't know how to do this:

a) create a sales org chart that you can drill down by clicking on each of
the regions in order to see the specifics

b)For each sales rep I need to be able to click on their name and have a box
open that will allow me to enter hisotical information about them as well as
information such as business unit numbers and employee ids.

Is this possible?

The first part is simply creating high level org charts that would link to
location org charts (hyperlinks, I suspect).
The second part would probably require some custom coding if you're looking
for more than simple text/comment input.
