Org Chart Stencils

I'm using the Org Chart Shapes and every time I drop a box shape (i.e.
position box, assistant box, manager box) the text is perfectly centered both
V & H. However, when I replace the default text that's there with the text I
need it automatically inserts an additional linebreak after I'm done and I
click off the box.

I tried all sorts of things to fix this but it's hopeless to me. What is
wrong if anything?

In Visio, go to Organization Chart menu, choose Options. Click on the Fields
tab and make sure only one is checked. Have two checked tells it to look for
two items of data. This will solve the problem.
