Is there a way to use a template or stencil for creating
an Org chart using using data from an Access Database.
I create a template the way I want it, then close the org
chart. When I open the template, I run through the wizard
and the org chart keeps the original sizes and placement
but not the information not in the database. I added a
couple text boxes to the template for section and area of
company and I want them to stay when the new chart is
built off the template but only the new chart shows up
with nothing that I added to the template. Is there anyway
to lock these additions into the template. I am just
looking for an easier way to keep the format of the old
org chart but with updated info without having to do all
the format changes over and over.
I am dealing with about 4 to 5 different charts. It would
be alot easier if I could just go off a template for each
one everytime the Database is changed(which is quite
often) because going through and reformating each
individual chart takes some unwanted time.
