Org Chart tip to show a position reporting to two bosses

I need to show a position reporting to two other positions (i.e., one
functional boss and one day-to-day boss). How do I get to show this in Visio
Standard 2002 Organization Chart?

Every time I try to add a second connector to link the position to its
second boss, the link with its first boss disapears.

Is there a way to define this situation in excel, such that the organisation
chart wizard will create an appropriate chart? e.g. our sales team
effectively report to two sales managers who then report to a director. No
one sales manager has any more responsibility than the other and each manager
should be able to manage any of the sales team.
