Org Chart Wizard and subordinates

[The ants are driving me crazy]

I've been trying to use the organization chart wizard in Visio XP.
The first time I used it I was able to import a manager and all of his
subordinates. Since then, however, I have not been able to bring in
any subordinates. Only the manager is imported. The Additional
Levels drop down is set to "All Subordinates". Any ideas?
