Org Chart

I have integrated Visio with PeopleSoft. On running a
process in PeopleSoft I am able to get the desired chart
in Visio automatically. However, the data in the first
page is displayed randomly i.e. sometimes only 10 employee
are displayed and sometimes its more than 25. Is there a
way to reconfigure the org chart macro? I need Visio to
display in a uniform way i.e. first page its always the
top leader and his direct reports. The next page is one of
the direct reports and their directs.
