The information you see in the data selection grid is not retained after
importing the data and creating the chart, so the short answer is that you
can't do this out of the box.
However, you could write a short macro which totals the number of shapes
(non-connector) on each page and store the value in a User field in the
Page Shapesheet, then expose that field in a page footer, for example.

How do I display the number of employees on the pages of the org chart? It
