Hi All,

Has anyone had the Visio 2003 Org chart wizard successfully generate an
org chart from Exchange?

I've tried it, but it doesn't generate anything, other than the "top"
name I point it to. (nb: the GUI is able to retrieve that list, so I
guess its connecting ok).

I've updated all my users reporting structures, titles, Personal data
etc to match our reporting structure, but the wizard doesn't produce it..

Any ideas?

Well,

It seems to query Exchange/GAL ok, and if I manually put "<Top
Executive>" in the "Name at top of page" section, then it gives me 76
Pages, with one user per page.. saying "Your Organisation data contains
76 entries that are not in the organization. Do you want to include them
in your drawing?"

Oh Well... I upgraded to Visio 2007, and now the org charts have all
broken again..

no-ones seen this before?

I've also tried upgrading office (outlook) to 2007 as well, but it still
fails. Either I only get one user shown, or it insists that a user isn't
in the "organisation", even though I just chose that user from the GAL..
