Org Charts - Automatize Re-Organize Layout

Good afternoon everyone,
In Visio 2003 there is a fantastic option, in the Organization Chart menu,
that says "Re-Organize Layout" and magically fits all your ugly little shapes
into a nice diagram on the page. But the million dollar question is: is there
a way to do this programmatically?

I'll be very thankful to have a hint about that.

I thought there was an example on that in the visio sdk available on msdn.

Thank you Al,
I looked at the SDK Samples, and found a way of organizing the shapes in the
flowchart a "top-to-bottom" way.
It's not the best way of doing it though, as the "org chart way" is really
optimized for this type of chart. But now at least I do not have shapes
climbing on each other.
