The company has just completed an upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. There have been no major issues with document conversion with the exception of the following
When selecting an organization chart created with PowerPoint 2000 it will not work under 2003. The message is
“The Microsoft Organization Chart server application can’t be found. Contact your server system administrator to install this server applicationâ€
Expanding on the Help massage the response is “Microsoft Organization Chart is not installe
The Microsoft Organization Chart OLE server program is not installed on this computer. To edit an organization chart object, you must have Microsoft Organization Chart installed. To install this program, contact your system administrator for assistanc
However all the required features of PowerPoint are installed and when creating a new chart there are no issues. Some users have said that we can open the charts in PowerPoint 2002 and save them in 2003. We have too many charts created for this work around and do not have the 2002 version.
Can someone please help with a solution
