SO, I tried the fix from Microsoft(Reference MS Knowledge
Base Article 218571) about editing the two files
MSOClip.232 and MSOPrefs.232. That works will the user is
an Admin on the local machine. But when you take away the
admin permissions and have the user login on with normal
user rights the MSOClip.232 has been deleted. Can anyone
tell me another fix for this issue?
