Org Charts

I have the ability to pull employee name, position and reporting structure
data into Visio through my HR System. If someone terminates, will visio be
able to keep an open position so I can see what positions are not filled

Also, is there an easy way to compare Org charts as we update information?

To keep an Open Position, you will need to retain that position in your
source data. Also, recall that each name needs to be unique, so if you
have more than one of these, give them names such as "Open Position1" and
"Open Position2" to keep them different.

There is a Compare function on the Organization Chart menu, which will
allow you to compare the currently open drawing with a separate drawing,
and provide a report of differences. It isn't a tracking mechanism, simply
a comparison from a to b.
