Yes. You can have more than two lines of data on the org chart shapes. You
didn't mention what version of Visio you're using, but in Visio 2002 and
2003 one of the screens in the import wizard lets you specify which fields
from the data you want to display on the shapes. You can have more than two.
After the org chart is created, you can add or remove lines of data from the
shapes by going to Options on the Organization Chart menu. In Visio 2002,
click the Set Display Fields button in the Options dialog. In Visio 2003,
click the Fields tab.
