I am using PP 2003.
I had a add a subordinate ("C") to one of the managers. When I did, PP put
the subordinate at the end of the list of other subordinates (AFTER Sub A and
B). I want this person at the top of the list of subordinates for this
manager. How do I move the subordinate so that he is above A & B?

Also, because his title is so long I have to use 2 lines for the title along
with his name as the first line. But the rectangle is not tall enough. How
do I make the rectangle so that he can hold all 3 lines - not just 2 lines?

I would appreciate any help you can give ASAP.

On the Organization Chart / Diagramming toolbar, choose Layout | Autolayout
to turn off the autolayout features. Now you should be able to move and
resize things as you wish.
