Organgigramm: Enlarge Paper size

I am working on a huge organigramm with about 800 persons on it. Now my paper
is full and I should still add some several hundreds. How can I enlarge the
paper without changing the sizes of my shapes?

You can go into page setup and change the Page size or hold down the Ctrl
key and drag the edge of the paper to the size you want.
