Organisation Chart

I have prepared an Organisation Chart in a separate file.

I closed the file, when the view was 'print layout'. When I opened the file,
the view was 'normal' with the result that I could see and edit the chart.

I tried to switch from 'normal' view to 'print layout' view several times
but the file refuses to effect this switch.

I redid the chart in a new file and the same has happened.

I would be grateful if I am assisted with respect to this problem.

Maybe in the meantime, you 've uninstalled the printer (or something like
that). You can not access the Print Layout regime, if you don't have a
printer installed.
