Trying to use XP version to create an organisational chart, but it has
extended wider than the slide, so when printing misses half of the info off.
How do I re-size the organisational chart?

If you're using the diagramming applet/org chart thingy that's native to
PPT, then you should be able to just drag a corner of the bounding box to
resize. Thing is, when you're creating the org chart in the first place,
this org chart applet thing just inserts smaller and smaller boxes on the
org chart -- it doesn't spill the bounding box over off the edge of the
slide or anything. So somehow I suspect there's more to this question.

Are you using the old Org Chart from prior versions of PPT?
