Organization chart: Dual Executive Officers

I am new to Visio. I want to set up an Organization Chart with two separate and co-equal executive officers. I want to have everyone else in the organization beneath both of them.
Visio seems only to recognize one executive officer. I'm not able to find a way to have the 2 execs atop the chart, next to each other, and everyone else reporting to those two.
Is there a way to do this?

Not really. The Organization Chart solution is a strict hierarchy. A
possible workaround is to have a single box at the top labelled something
like "Office of the CEO" with the names following on additional lines.

Hi,

Right, Org chats maintain a strict hierarchy. One other option for you to
create an Org Chart with 2 co-existing EOs is to Create the Orgchart but
use only one CEO shape at the top to represent both the names. You could
type the First name then Press Enter, type and Press Enter and then type
the second name. Both names appear on the CEO shape at the top of the
Hierarchy

Thanks and regards,
