Organization chart, fixed vertical spacing

I am trying to fix the vertical spacing between position blocks in the
organization chart module in Visio. I need the distance from the
manager block down to the horizontal "distribution line" to be 15mm. I
also need the same distance from this line and down to the
sub-positions. Where can I define this?
