organization chart/font changes don't

The font size in my charts are tiny, tiny (1,2). I change the font (Edit text) to a larger size but the changes "don't stick "(even after saving). 3/4s of the way through editing the entire chart, all my changes go back to the original tiny font size. Suggestions?

OK, I'm looking at a "Microsoft Organization Chart" I started in Word 2000. I
don't see any "Edit text" command. I do see Text/Font.

Are you saving in the Org Chart window? Are you inserting lots of boxes? So that
the application is having to change the font size in order to accomodate it to
the available width or height of the document for which you're creating it?
