Organization chart is not recognized as such any longer

HI.
I have a big organization chart created entirely using visio 2003 but
suddenly became corrupted. Visio does not recognized the shapes as
organization chart anymore. It does not allow me to hide subordinates, or add
subordinates, nothing!... It does not even allow me to export the information
to excel. it displays a message that says :"Add organization shapes to your
drawing, and then try again" when trying to export.
Can someone please help me urgently.. why did this happen? how can I fix it
so I do not need to repeat my work? Thanks.

Do your shapes still have Custom Properties?
Have you tried repairiing Visio (using Control Panel/Ad Remove Programs)

Hi Natalia,

Can you send the Visio file to another user in your company and see if they
have the same problems?
