Organization Chart - Multiple Parents and size of "Position" boxes

Does the Organization Chart of Visio support entities with multiple parents

If so, can someone tell me how to enable it? Since whenever I try to attach multiple parents to a single node (manually) the previous connection is disabled and the new connection is made

Also, how to tell Visio to increase the size of each of the boxes in the Organization Chart to fit all of the text - I know how to increase the spacing between the superiors and children, but not to change the size of each of the "Position" boxes

Which version of Visio are you using?

The problem of multiple managers was not addressed until Visio 2003.

Under the Options dialog of the Orgchart menu, is an option for changing the
size of the shapes.
