Organization Chart Not Working

Hi,

I did installed Ms Office 97 Std Edition Ms Office 2000 Premium Edition
(Full installation) on 2 different PC. PC is running on Win98SE & WinXPpro
respectively. All the Office's component are working fine all this while.
Except, when i clicking on the Organization Chart Option from PowerPoint, it
will show this :

The server applcation, source file, or items can't be found, or returned an
unknown error. You may need to reinstall the server application.

I did try reinstall / removed & reinstall the full pack, but it still happens.

Anyone can assists ?
Any configuration need to do ?

Hi Bill,

The PowerPoint version i'm using now is PowerPoint 2000 & 97.
So i think the articles you have provided is not suitable for this case.

Any other alternative ?
