Organization Chart Problem

I am creating an organization chart in Word 2007 using the Organization Chart
Tools. I am using Wire Frame as the style. I am able to create three levels
that work fine. When I try to create another subordinate level below the
third level, the border (or box) around the text is not visible. Other
levels are not affected, but I cannot seem to figure out why the fourth level
doesn't have borders. Any ideas?
