Organization Chart shapes

After completing my chart, I find that several of the shapes have a
double-line border while the others have only a single line border. How do I
change this?

Open the shape's shapesheet and set cell
user.margin to 0

Each shapes is designed according to the position of the person. So you have
to change the position using the contextual menu of each shape.
Select the shape, click right and choose "Change position type"
