Organization Chart Wizard, Exchange and Manager field

Hello all,
I am trying to create org. chart through the wizard from Exchange data, but
the Manager field is not filled in, thus there are no relations between
persons. The manager and Direct report fields are filled in AD correctly, GAL
is synchronized. I can see other data in GAL correctly (phone, department
etc.). Just the Manager fields is empty everywhere in Visio. Where could be
the problem?

Exchange 2007
Visio 2007 (even Visio 2010 beta have same result).
Windows 7

Thanks for any tip what could be wrong.
