Organization Chart Wizard

After upgrading my Visio from Visio 2002 to Visio 2003 the 'Organization Chart Wizard' does not work as I am used to.
In Visio 2002 there was no problems with dublicate names as long as they had a unique field as identification. Visio displayed the name field as "Name [ID#]".
In Visio 2003 this is not the case as the name field is shown as "Name" (without the ID) and Visio actually uses the first name field and my Organization Charts are not created correctly if the cart is to be displayed on multiple pages!
If I want to specify how much of my chart to display on each page and clicks on the 'Modify Page' button, I am able to select a value in the 'Name on top...' drop-down-list with a name like the one in Visio 2002 (""Name [ID#]), but I gets an error after accepting the changes saying something like 'Employee name "name [ID#]" is not in your organization data.'.
This must be a bug in Visio 2003, but I have not been able to find any patches og workarounds. Any suggestions?

I do not know if your specific issue has been addressed, but the
just-released Service Pack 1 for Visio 2003 contains a number of fixes for
Organization Charts.
