organization chart wizard

I can't seem to get the Organization Chart Wizard to work with my data. I
keep getting messages that my data includes duplicates, and then it lists a
position title. More than one person does have any of several position
titles, but I haven't selected them as a field for the organization chart. Am
I doing something wrong? I wonder, because the instructions are pretty
unclear on the meaning of the various drop-down boxes.

When I was populating data for my server racks, there was an option to let
visio automatically populate the data for me, and I unchecked that box, you
might want/might have to do the same.
