Organization Chart

I Cannot Insert an Organization Chart using Windows 2000

I tried this article Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
218571, that said something about xcopy command but it
doesn't work.

This problem is on an Active directory Environmiente with
domain users an Windos XP/2000 computers.
