Organization Chart

I have a linked organization chart to an Access database.
Everything is smooth during developing and building the
chart. BUT when I close the visio file and close my
computer the next day I open the file but I cannot make
any changes.

For example when I select: Organization Chart -> Re-layout

This messgae appears "Add Organization Chart shapes to
your drawing, and then try again"

Any Help is appreciated
