organization chart

When I try to do an organization chart in Word, adding the next level of
employees causes the font size of the previous level(s) to get smaller. How
can I disable this function? I'm using Word 2002.

You need to toggle of the AutoLayout option in the Layout menu of the
Organization Chart toolbar. But note that this will also turn off ALL resizing
and automatic positioning.
