Organization Chart

In my format Autoshape, under the text box tab the "resize autoshape to fit
box" is grayed out. How can I enable this feature?

In my format Autoshape, under the text box tab the "resize autoshape to fit
box" is grayed out. How can I enable this feature?

By not using the Organization Chart feature... These aren't your
run-of-the-mill text boxes. The rounded corners and "click here" capability
warns you of that. The Organization Chart applet uses its own, internal logic
to do the resizing, so that all the boxes are the same.
