Organization Chart

I am unable to insert an organization chart. I click insert object and
MSOrganization shows in the list but I get an error message to insert from
server Office SP-1 from a CD or floppy disk. I download the Office SP-1.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem. I have tried the previously postted
suggestions. Thanks.

It's asking for your installation CDs since it needs to install the
files necessary to use the Org Chart utility.
